1. Who we are

abundantmuslim.com (the “Site”) is run by Muslima Business Academy Inc., a British Columbia corporation that does business as Abundant Muslim. In these Terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Muslima Business Academy Inc. “You” means anyone who visits the Site, signs up for our free resources, or buys one of our programs.

These Terms cover the Site, our free resources (such as the masterclass, emails and our WhatsApp community), and our paid programs, including The Legacy Blueprint. By using the Site, signing up, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or buy our programs.

2. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a program or join our communities. Our work is designed for adult women.

3. The Legacy Blueprint: what’s included

The Legacy Blueprint (“TLB” or the “Program”) includes:

  • 4 months of bi-weekly live group coaching calls, held on Zoom

  • Recordings of those calls

  • Access to the Program portal

  • The Blueprint Book (digital)

The Program description on the sales page at the time you buy also forms part of these Terms.

New members join through monthly onboarding groups. If you’re finding it hard to keep up with your onboarding group, please reach out to Kulsum on WhatsApp (the number is in your welcome email) so we can help you get the most out of the Program.

4. What “lifetime access” means

“Lifetime access” means access to the portal and its materials for the lifetime of the Program, that is, for as long as we continue to offer The Legacy Blueprint. It does not mean your lifetime or ours.

  • We may move the portal to a different platform. If we do, your access moves with it.

  • If we ever discontinue the Program, we’ll email you at least 6 months’ notice at the email address on your account, so you have time to download anything you want to keep.

  • Please keep your email address up to date so you don’t miss that notice.

Your access is personal to you. Please don’t share your login or Program materials with anyone else.

5. Prices and payment

The Program can be paid in full ($200) or through a payment plan ($50 per month for 4 months). All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details. If we change our prices, the change won’t affect what you’ve already bought.

6. Payment plans

If you choose the monthly payment plan:

  • Your payments are charged automatically each month until the plan is complete.

  • You can stop your payment plan at any time, for any reason, by emailing salam@abundantmuslim.com. Whether the Program isn’t the right fit for you, or life circumstances mean you can’t continue, you won’t owe the remaining payments.

  • When payments stop, your access to the portal, live calls and recordings ends at that point.

  • Payments you’ve already made are not refundable, except within the 14-day refund window in section 7.

  • If a payment fails, we’ll contact you first. Your access may be paused until the payment is sorted out.

  • If you’d like to come back to the Program later, just get in touch and we’ll help you.

7. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy.

  • If you’re not satisfied, email salam@abundantmuslim.com within 14 days of your purchase date and we’ll refund you in full.

  • If you’re on a payment plan, we’ll refund the payment(s) made within those 14 days.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. We aim to process them within 7 business days; your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show it.

  • After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Payment plan members can still stop future payments at any time (see section 6).

If you ever have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. We’ll always try to make it right quickly and fairly.

8. Coaching is not therapy, religious rulings or professional advice

Kulsum is an Islamic Certified Life Coach. Our programs, content and calls are coaching and education. They are not:

  • therapy, counselling, or medical or psychiatric care

  • religious rulings (fatwas). Kulsum is not a scholar; for rulings on your specific situation, please consult a qualified scholar.

  • legal, financial or tax advice

If you’re struggling with your mental health, please seek support from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

You’re responsible for the decisions you make and how you apply what you learn.

9. Results

We put real care into the Program, but we can’t guarantee specific results. What you get depends on your effort, your circumstances, and, ultimately, on Allah. Testimonials share individual experiences and aren’t a promise of the same outcome for everyone.

10. Live calls, recordings and community guidelines

Recordings: Live calls are recorded, and recordings are shared with members of the Program inside the portal. They are not shared publicly. If you’d prefer not to appear, you can keep your camera off, change your display name, or share in the chat instead. We won’t use call recordings in public marketing.

Community guidelines: Our groups only work if every woman feels safe. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat other members with respect and kindness.

  • Keep what’s shared in the group within the group. Don’t share other members’ stories, names, screenshots or recordings outside the Program. You’re welcome to share what you learned in your own words, as long as no one can be identified.

  • Not record, screenshot or copy calls or posts for use outside the Program.

  • Not use the community to sell, recruit or promote your own business without our permission.

  • Not harass, shame or pressure anyone.

We may remove anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these guidelines, or who shares access to the Program. Removal for these reasons is without a refund.

11. Testimonials and client wins

With your permission, we may share your feedback, testimonials or screenshots of your wins in our marketing. When we do:

  • We’ll use only your name and where you’re from (city or country).

  • We won’t use your face.

  • We’ll only use your voice (for example, a voice note) with your specific permission.

You can ask us to stop using your testimonial in future marketing at any time.

12. Our content and intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our programs belongs to Muslima Business Academy Inc. That includes videos, recordings, the Blueprint Book, worksheets, emails, frameworks, text and graphics. Abundant Muslim™, The Legacy Blueprint™ and The Blueprint Book™ are our trademarks.

When you buy a program, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use its materials for your own life. You’re welcome to print the Blueprint Book for your personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, teach, or create your own products or programs from our materials without our written permission.

13. Emails and WhatsApp messages

When you opt in, you agree to receive emails and/or WhatsApp messages from us, including teaching and information about our programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or by messaging us or leaving the WhatsApp group. See our Privacy Policy for details.

14. Using the Site

Please use the Site lawfully. Don’t try to hack, disrupt or misuse it, or upload anything harmful. We may refuse service to anyone who misuses the Site or our programs.

We work hard to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but mistakes can happen. If we discover a pricing error, we may correct it and will give you the option to cancel your order.

15. Third-party platforms

We deliver our programs through trusted platforms such as Systeme.io, Zoom, WhatsApp, Stripe, PayPal and Google Pay. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We’re not responsible for their outages or changes, but we’ll do our best to keep your experience smooth if something goes wrong.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our programs. Our total liability to you will not be more than the amount you paid us for the program in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t legally be waived.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Changes won’t reduce what you’ve already paid for without notice to you.

18. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most things can be solved with a conversation. If we can’t resolve it together, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before taking any other action. Any legal proceedings will take place in the courts of British Columbia, unless the laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

19. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and the Program sales page together form the full agreement between us. You can’t transfer your purchase or these Terms to someone else without our written permission.
